Question: How do I remove an Item from my
shopping cart ?
Answer: Simply put 0
(zero) in the quantity box next to the item you wan to
remove and press the "Recalculate" Button
Question: If I pay by credit card or online
banking, is my information safe ?
Answer: YES, it is 100%
safe. Because the payment information like credit card no.
etc is not entered on our site. It is entered directly on
ccavenue's payment gateway page or your bank's secure
server. This you can notice from the url in your address
bar. Infact paying by credit card on our site is more safe
than handing over your credit card to a waiter in a
restaurant or physical use.

Question: Once I place the order how many days it
will take to deliver the products ?
Answer: It depends upon
your payment method and location. If you make an online
payment, the product will be normally delivered within 2-4
working days. For remote places, it may take up to 7 or
more days. If you are ordering by cash on delivery basis,
it may take anywhere between 2-10 days.
Question: I want to
order by cash on delivery. Are there any additional charges
applicable ?
Answer: YES, if you
order by Cash on delivery basis, please note that you will
have to pay an additional C.O.D charges of 5 % extra
on your total amount.
Question: If I order on cash on delivery basis,
can I open the parcel and check the products before making
payment to the courier person or the postman ?
Answer: NO, you cannot
do this. Because as per courier company rules and
regulations, they do not allow "Open Delivery". If you do
not agree to this, than please do not place your order by
cash on delivery basis. You can make your payment by credit
card or net banking.
Question: If you say that courier does not allow
'Open Delivery', than how come I know whether my ordered
products are proper and OK as per my order ?
Answer: We personally
check each and every product before dispatch. So there will
be no problem or any reason for you to worry.
Question: What if the product is damaged during
transit ?
Answer: We take utmost
care and use the best packing material including thermo
Cole, cardboard and other good packing material and pack the
products nicely. Hence there are no chances of the product
getting damaged during transit. However even in rare case
if such a damage occur in transit, you can send the product
back to us and we will immediately send you a fresh product
as replacement.

Answer: We have more
