If the product is
damaged during transit, do not worry, simply return the
product to us by courier along with all its accessories,
original packing etc.
Before handing over the
product to the courier, please ensure the following:
Please pack the
product properly using thermo Cole and cardboard so
that the product is not damaged further during return
courier.
Please include a
photocopy of the invoice along with the product.
Because if you do not include the photocopy or order
no, we will not come to know who has sent the product
back.
As soon as we receive
the product back, we shall send another fresh unit of
the product by courier.
Important: The product has to be sent for
replacement within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product. After 7
days, no complaints will be entertained. All sales are subject to Mumbai
jurisdiction only.
Refunds:
If due to any reason a customer returns the product, a
refund will be made by A/c Payee Cheque subject to
deduction of Courier/Postage Charges and also additional
30% will be deducted from product cost as
administration and payment processing charges.
